As soon as we put all of the baby chickens into the brooder (a big bin to keep the baby chickens in until they are big enough to go outside) we immediately noticed that one Buff Orpington was under the heat plate and not coming out. She was sick, and if we hadn't noticed her, she would have died. Fortunately, we noticed her and we took care of her sickness. She came back as an amazingly happy and healthy chicken. As a thank you, or reward, she is unbelievably friendly and playful and will favor being with you to have the most amazing and extraordinary poultry experience.
